In case of snow - please check the website, Arbor messages and www.kentclosures.co.uk (putting in our school name) to see if we will be closed

If we are open - please ensure your child has suitable warm clothing - coat, hat, gloves, scarf, wellies  and even a change of clothes

Please be prepared to provide a packed lunch in case school meals cannot be provided (we will let you know if this is necessary)

If you are a working parent and feel you may have a problem with a sudden early pick up, please have a back up plan in place with a family member/another parent in school - and please inform the school if someone else will pick up your child
